We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Procurement Manager to lead and elevate our global procurement function, who is happy to get hands on,. This role is pivotal in driving operational excellence, ensuring regulatorypliance, and deliveringmercial value across the business. The ideal candidate will bring deep procurement expertise, a proactive mindset, and a collaborative approach to stakeholder engagement.

As the Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the contract and procurement process, ensuring that thepany obtains the best value for money on products and services for the Interpath group ofpanies. Working with internal stakeholders, you will be responsible for managing vendor relationships and supplier contracts, developing procurement policies and procedures, and ensuringpliance with internal and external regulations. As a member of the Interpath team, you will join apany with a purpose-driven culture that seeks to create, defend, preserve, sustain, and grow value for clients in a range of industries through innovative digital services and a deep understanding of different markets.

Key Accountabilities:
1. Procurement Onboarding Excellence
Redesign and roll out a seamless, best-in-class onboarding process for procurement, ensuring efficiency, clarity, and alignment withpany values andpliance standards, making sure the system is maintained correctly.
2. Policy & Process Enhancement
Strengthen and evolve procurement and contract management policies, procedures, and strategic sourcing plans. Lead the development of a robust purchase order process, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and internal controls.
3. Vendor & Contract Management
Manage key supplier relationships and lead contract negotiations in partnership with Legal to secure optimalmercial terms, ensuringpliance with pricing, quality, regulatory, and delivery standards.
4. Global Procurement Expansion
Support thepany's international growth by embedding procurement best practices in new markets and onboarding high-quality suppliers to meet local and global needs.
5. Supplier Performance & Risk Management
Establish and maintain quality control standards. Conduct regular supplier performance reviews and proactively mitigate supplier-related risks.
6. Cost Optimisation & Strategic Sourcing
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify cost-saving opportunities, drive value creation, and continuously improve procurement processes.
7. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Legal, the Data Protection Officer, and the MLRO to ensure procurement activities align with legal, data privacy, and financial crimepliance requirements.
8. Regulatorypliance
Ensure fullpliance with internal policies and external regulationserning procurement operations across all jurisdictions.
9. Performance Monitoring & Reporting
Develop and maintain procurement KPIs and dashboards. Provide regular performance insights and strategic updates to senior leadership.
10. Strategic Engagement
Act as a trusted advisor to senior management, contributing to the development and execution of thepany's procurement strategy.
11. Contract Lifecycle Management
Own the end-to-end management of strategic client and supplier contracts. Serve as the single point of contact to ensure value for money and service excellence.
12. Tenderernance Framework
Design and implement a consistent, transparent, and efficient tendering framework, ensuring all procurement activities areerned by best practice standards.
Requirements
13. Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field.
14. At least 5 years of experience in procurement management in a financial services or related industry.
15. Experience in contract negotiation and vendor management.
16. Knowledge of procurement regulations, policies, and procedures.
17. Strong analytical,munication, and project management skills.
18. Ability to work effectively in a team environment, driving collaboration and accountability.
19. Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
