An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Practice Manager to work in our state-of-the-art, specialist orthodontic practice in Airdrie, North Lanarkshire.
M-Brace Orthodontics is a specialist orthodontic group in the Central Belt, with four practices in Bathgate, Glenrothes, Airdrie and Dunfermline. As an independent group and trusted name in orthodontics, M-Brace has been creating beautiful smiles using the very latest in brace technology for over 15 years.
We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Manager to oversee the daily operations of our orthodontic practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring excellent patient care and service, maintaining efficient workflows and supporting the operational goals of the practice.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership
* Supervise, train, and manage staff
* Coordinate staff rotas, hiring, onboarding and performance evaluations
* Foster a positive, motivated, patient-focused team environment
Operations and Workflow:
* Oversee day-to-day practice operations and patient flow
* Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards
* Maintain practice policies and administrative duties
Financial Management:
* Monitor practice performance and report key metrics to the group owner
* Management of payroll and financial records
Patient Experience:
* Ensure hight standards of patient care and satisfaction
* Resolve patient concerns promptly and professionally
* Support clinical and non-clinical staff to provide the best patient experience
Marketing and Growth:
* Assist in practice marketing, community outreach and patient retention strategies
* Analyse trends and provide recommendations to increase productivity and profitability
