Weareseekingareliableandorganised TemporaryReceptionWorkplaceAssistant tosupportouron-siteoperationsinWymbush.Thisisavaried,hands-onrolecombiningreception,administrative,andlightfacilitiesduties,idealforsomeonewhoenjoysamixofdesk-basedandpracticalwork.
KeyResponsibilities
Managethe AccessControlsystem ,including:
Addingnewworkerstothesystem
Removingaccesswhenrequired
ProcessingandupdatingIDbadges
Maintainandupdate spreadsheetsandrecords accurately
Providegeneralreceptionandworkplacesupport
Assistwith facilitiesduties ,including:
Replenishingwaterbottlesandmilk
Keepingtherearyardtidyafterbreaks
Supportingthecleaningteamwithemptyingbins
Maintainingcleanlinessincommunalareas
