Now, we’re looking for a Sales Associate to join our growing team.
What You’ll Be Doing
As Sales Associate, you will be managing both the existing client base as well as building out a pipeline. You’ll work closely with the Senior Vice President, who owns the commercial relationship, to help generate leads and build a pipeline, while maintaining a highly process-driven approach to onboarding, adoption, and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage operational tasks such as CRM updates, onboarding new trials, sales materials, and pipeline management.
* Work across multiple platforms to support lead generation.
* Monitor client engagement and usage data, identifying opportunities to improve adoption and proactively address potential issues.
* Maintain accurate records in the CRM, tracking all interactions and client feedback.
* Join calls with sales and ensure that any follow up points are appropriately actioned.
* Generate introduction emails to prospective clients, tailored to their individual personas, to help them extract the maximum value from Vanda’s products.
Who We’re Looking For
* 1+ years’ experience in client success, account management, or a similar customer-facing role – ideally within a data, SaaS, or financial research environment.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to engage confidently with professional investors and institutional clients.
* Highly process-driven, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Experience using CRM tools to track client interactions and outcomes. (Experience with Hubspot is preferred.)
* A proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Understanding of financial markets - positioning, flows, or macro strategy knowledge is a plus.
* Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
