They are seeking an Accounts & Tax Senior / Senior Practice Accountant to join their expanding Bristol office. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced individual to take on a varied and rewarding role within a progressive, modern accountancy practice.

Key Responsibilities:
• Preparing statutory accounts for limited companies, partnerships, and sole traders.
• Preparing corporation tax and personal tax returns.
• Producing regular management accounts for clients.
• Liaising directly with clients and providing proactive support and advice.
• Supporting the continued development and improvement of internal processes.
Requirements / Qualifications:
• ACA / ACCA qualified, part-qualified, or qualified by experience.
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience working within an accountancy practice.
• Strong technical knowledge across accounts preparation and tax compliance.
• Confident communicator with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
