This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for logistics to play a key role in supporting the smooth running of daily transport activities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinating daily transport schedules and ensuring timely deliveries
* Communicating effectively with drivers, customers, and internal departments
* Maintaining accurate records of shipments, PODs, and transport documentation
* Assisting with route planning and monitoring fleet performance
* Supporting compliance with transport regulations and company procedures
* Carrying out general administrative tasks including data entry and reporting
Candidate Requirements:
* Previous experience in logistics, transport, or supply chain administration
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
* Knowledge of transport regulations and systems is desirable but not essential
