Sous Chef Fine Dining Restaurant Peterborough
Location: Nr Peterborough
Position: Full-time and split shifts
Covers: Up to 50 covers per service
Closed: Two days per week and Sunday evenings
Salary: Paid hourly but in the region of £40-45,000 all-inclusive and depending on experience
Accommodation is available on site if required for £500pm all-inclusive
We are looking for a talented Sous Chef with a background in 2/3 AA Rosette or Michelin-starred kitchens to join the great team.
This is a modern British restaurant focused on seasonal, sustainable cooking, with produce sourced from our own kitchen garden and trusted local suppliers. They are a small, passionate team committed to delivering refined food in a relaxed but professional environment.

Key Responsibilities
Support the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen
Maintain high standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation
Lead and motivate the kitchen team during service
Assist with menu development using seasonal and garden produce
Ensure food safety, hygiene, and kitchen organisation are maintained
What Were Looking For
Experience in 23 AA Rosette or Michelin-level kitchens
Strong technical ability and attention to detail
Passion for seasonal, ingredient-led cooking
Leadership skills and the ability to work calmly under pressure
A positive attitude and commitment to high standards
