Job Summary
A Personal Assistant is required to provide a comprehensive secretarial service to the Care Group Senior Management Team within the North Lincolnshire Mental Health and Talking Therapies Care Group.
Core Responsibilities
* Pro‑active diary management for appointments and meetings, delegating non‑essential meetings where appropriate.
* Review, sort, prioritise and respond to email correspondence, providing draft responses and managing inboxes to work more effectively with Directors.
* Undertake proactive planning/rescheduling meetings and organise multidisciplinary meetings, conferences and events as required.
* Support administrative/secretarial duties, maintaining the highest degree of confidentiality at all times.
Essential Experience
* PA/Secretarial experience supporting Directors and/or committees/groups, including diary management, electronic filing systems, meeting preparation, minute taking and information collation.
Essential Knowledge
* Competent in Microsoft Office Software and Microsoft Outlook.
* Working knowledge of Information Governance.
Essential Qualifications
* RSA III or equivalent GCSE English and Maths.

* Ability to deal with confidential/sensitive information.
* Ability to work autonomously and proactively.
* Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills.
* Able to prioritise work effectively under pressure.
* Attention to detail and quality of work for self and team.
Desirable
* Audio typing.
* Transcription from recorded Teams meetings.
