Job Summary
We are in search of a Sector Support Lead to enhance our dynamic and collaborative environment. This role is all about turning Customer & Market insights into action and ensuring our Go‑To‑Market (GTM) strategies deliver real impact. You will be at the centre of bringing sector opportunities to life – connecting Customer & Market insights with teams, and ensuring colleagues have the tools and materials they need to succeed.
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with Customer Sector Insights (CSI) Lead to identify target sub‑sectors for GTM initiatives through detailed sales analysis.
* Co‑ordinate the creation of sector‑specific GTM documents such as Cascades and OGSMs.
* Own and maintain the project plan for GTM execution as agreed with the CSI Manager.
* Develop, deploy, and maintain a globally accessible information sharing system, designed to make it easy for Sales Engineers to find and use sales tools, training materials and marketing collateral.
* Work in collaboration with the Customer and Market Development (CMD) Teams to ensure GTM opportunities are identified, documented and executed.
* Deliver sector support resources such as Application Summary Cards and Sector RTM Handbooks to Sales Teams and broader CMD.
* Lead the implementation and management of segmentation in CRM through collaboration with the CRM team to deliver insights on the Dynamic Sales Process across the sector.
* Collaborate with the CSI Lead to develop strategies based on CRM insights to accelerate the sales cycle.
* Collaborate with Global Sustainability to identify opportunities to incorporate sustainable initiatives into GTM strategy.
* Support the Customer and Market Insights Manager in resolving any issues customers may face by coordinating with internal teams.

* Excellent communication skills with confidence working across functions, regions, and seniority levels.
* Strong project management skills to facilitate planning, organising, and delivering cross‑functional initiatives from concept to launch.
* Ability to align perspectives and bring people on board with new initiatives.
* Comfortable tackling challenges, finding solutions, and keeping momentum.
* Analytical thinking to interpret sales or CRM data and translate insights into practical action.
* Adaptability and resilience to deliver in a fast‑paced environment with shifting priorities.
* Attention to detail, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and quality across deliverables.
* Commercial awareness to understand how GTM activities drive business value.
