An engineering firm is expanding their machining division and are seeking an experienced CNC Miller to support the manufacture of high-spec components. The successful candidate will be proficient in eithermilling, live tooling and with strong experience usingFanuc CNC controls.
Key Responsibilities of a CNC Miller:
* Set, operate, and programCNC milling withFanuc controls.
* Machine complex parts from drawings to exacting tolerances.
* Operatemanual lathesfor custom and low-volume parts.
* Inspect components to ensure conformance to engineering standards.
* Maintain workshop safety, cleanliness, and efficiency.
Essential Skills & Experience of a CNC Miller:
* Demonstrable experience in CNC milling
* Skilled on Haas CNC machinery is desirable but not essential.
* Comfortable interpreting technical and engineering drawings.
* High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
* Competitive Hourly Rate DOE
* Optional Overtime Monday - Friday x1.33, Saturday x1.5, Sundays x2
* 39 Hour Week - Flexible start and finish times open to discussion
