Head of Business Intelligence
Location: West London (Hybrid – 3 days in-office)
Start Date: Ideally within the next 4 weeks
One of the UK’s most recognised names in residential property services is seeking a Head of Business Intelligence to join their growing team during an exciting period of transformation. With heavy investment in data and digital capabilities, this role will be key in shaping and delivering their evolving data strategy.
The Role
You’ll play a critical role in stabilising and growing the BI function, helping the business make the most of its data assets. You will step into a hands-on leadership role, guiding a small but growing team and ensuring data continues to drive business decision-making across the organisation.
You’ll report into the Director of Business Analytics and work alongside a growing data function (currently a team of 3, aiming to grow in the next 12 months).
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and mentor a Business Intelligence team.
* Manage stakeholder relationships and translate business needs into data solutions.
* Remain hands-on with data tools and platforms while driving strategic improvements.
* Lead the continued rollout of Power BI across the business.
* Help define and implement a longer-term BI strategy.
About You
You’re a technically strong, business-savvy BI professional with proven experience in:
* Leading and developing high-performing BI teams
* Managing stakeholders and aligning data solutions with business goals
* Delivering hands-on reporting and dashboarding in Power BI
* Working within modern Azure-based data environments
* Designing or contributing to BI strategy and governance
