Salary
* Basic salary: £30,000 - £33,000
* 10 - 20% commission
* Expected Year 1 OTE: £55,000 - £60,000+
Location
Hybrid role - Ideal candidates will be based around Crawley, Gatwick or Brighton areas.

Mortgage Broker Responsibilities;
* Advising clients on suitable mortgage and protection products
* Managing cases from initial enquiry through to completion
* Building relationships with introducers and clients
* Handling both company-provided and self-generated leads
* Delivering excellent customer service and compliant advice
* Working closely with the wider finance and property teams
Experience needed to become a Mortgage Broker;
* Previous mortgage and protection advice experience required
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Motivated by commission and business development opportunities
* Ability to work in a fast-paced and growing environment
