Overview

At Virgin Media O2, we are looking for a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to support our Director of Product & Transformation. This is a vital role that ensures their day runs smoothly by managing their schedule, priorities, and important commitments with care, professionalism, and discretion. As the first point of contact, you will handle confidential information with the utmost integrity and build strong, positive relationships across the business. Responsibilities

* Provide high-level personal assistant support to the Director of Product & Transformation, including calendar management, prioritisation, travel arrangements, meeting coordination, and handling key commitments.
* Act as the first point of contact, screening and prioritising enquiries, and maintaining confidentiality and professional discretion at all times.
* Develop a strong understanding of the Director\'s objectives and the organisational structure to navigate a large, complex organisation effectively.
* Maintain exemplary written, verbal, and interpersonal communication with internal and external stakeholders.
* Support the Director in preparing for meetings, including briefings, materials, and action tracking.
* Build and maintain positive relationships across the business to facilitate collaboration and smooth information flow.


Qualifications

* Excellent organisational, prioritisation, and decision-making skills.
* Ability to handle confidential material with tact, diplomacy, and discretion.
* Ability to learn quickly the organisational structure and the Director\'s objectives and to manage complexity within a large organisation.
* Highly proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
* Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
* Significant previous experience supporting senior executives.
* Strong judgement, time management and prioritisation abilities.
* Experience managing an executive calendar with multiple conflicting priorities.
* Able to liaise clearly and diplomatically with partners at all levels, ensuring smooth, positive interactions and accurate information flow.
* Comfortable managing changing priorities and unexpected challenges with a calm, solution-focused approach in a fast-paced environment.
