As a Passenger Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers during their journey. Responsibilities
* Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking from vehicles, ensuring their safety at all times.
* Provide support to individuals with disabilities or special requirements, helping them navigate transport facilities.
* Communicate effectively with passengers to understand their needs and provide appropriate assistance.
* Maintain a friendly and professional demeanour while interacting with passengers and colleagues.
* Ensure that all safety protocols are followed during the transportation process.
* Report any incidents or concerns to the appropriate authorities promptly.
* Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organisation within the transport area.
Skills
* Have to complete all relevant course from Warwickshire or in the process of completion
* Strong customer service skills, with a genuine desire to help others.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with passengers and team members.
* Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situations with empathy and professionalism.
* Good organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently while prioritising passenger needs.
* Basic understanding of health and safety regulations related to passenger transport is advantageous. This role is ideal for individuals who are compassionate, reliable, and eager to make a positive impact on the travel experience of others.
Pay: £12.21-£13.00 per hour
