CANTEEN MANAGER
Job Description
We're looking for a hands-on Canteen Manager for our high volume Site in Maple Cross. this will involve overseeing the Day-to-Day Management of one of the Canteens. You will be overseeing 7-10 staff members and reporting to the General Manager when required.

* General Kitchen Duties

* Keen eye for detail

* Clear Communicator both verbally and written
* Professional attitude with a sense of humour
Working Hours:
* Full Time, Permanent
* Monday to Friday working within the hours of 6:00 - 16:00

* Efficient and proactive
* Knowledge of Food Safety and Health & Safety policies
The ideal candidate will have prior experience either in a similar role or will have solid experience in the Catering industry and looking for their next step to progress.
