We supply candidates from executive to operative level, and are currently working with a Housing Association, who are looking for a Carpenter Multi Trade based in Sidcup.
Responsibilities
* Carrying out day-to-day general maintenance in domestic properties, with a focus on carpentry and external works such as fencing
* Providing excellent customer service, including meeting and greeting tenants
* Using a PDA system for job management
Requirements
* Qualified to NVQ or City & Guilds (C&G) level in Carpentry
* Proven experience in external works, particularly fencing
* Experience in social housing, housing associations, domestic properties, council properties, or MOD (Ministry of Defence) properties
