Hotel Receptionist – Boutique Hotel | SolihullFull-Time or Part-Time | Previous Hotel Experience Required
I’m currently supporting a well-known boutique hotel in Solihull, recognised for its beautiful weddings, premium events, and exceptional guest experience. They are now looking to welcome an experienced Hotel Receptionist to their front-of-house team.
The Role
As the first point of contact for all guests, you’ll deliver a warm welcome and provide a high level of service throughout their stay. This is a varied and fast-paced role, especially during busy event and wedding periods.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Greeting guests and managing check-in/check-out
* Handling reservations, enquiries, and day-to-day front desk duties
* Providing guests with information and assisting with any queries
* Working closely with housekeeping and events to ensure a smooth guest journey
* Maintaining a professional and well-presented reception area
What We’re Looking For
* Previous hotel reception or similar hospitality experience is essential
* Confident communicator with a friendly and professional approach
* Strong organisational skills and great attention to detail
* Comfortable working in a busy guest-focused environment
* Flexibility is important, including some weekend working as part of the rota
