Responsibilities
* The team provides a range of support to service users aged 18-65 with mental health conditions, learning & physical disabilities.
* Completing assessments, reviewing and completing support plans
* Safeguarding will be included in the post
To be considered for the Social Worker role
* 1-3 years experience of working within a similar social work setting
* Diploma/Degree in Social Work
* Registration with Social Work England
* Evidence of working with a complex caseload
* Be competent in strength based work and reviews and be able to work in a fast paced team.
