This firm (a top-20 practice, but with the feel of a supportive regional) is looking for someone to take ownership of a £180k audit portfolio and play a key leadership role within their growing Oxfordshire hub. * Full responsibility for your own portfolio - around £180k in fees

What They're Looking For
* ACA or ACCA qualified
* Solid experience managing audit files from planning through to review
* Strong people management - someone who can mentor and develop junior team members
* Commercially switched-on - you'll be expected to spot opportunities and lead conversations with clients
