Office Administrator required for my client who works within the manufacturing and automotive industry of engineering, based in Peterborough.
The successful office administrator will be joining a team of 10 people and will need to have previous experience working within an engineering office environment.
Office Administrator Job Overview
* Purchasing and raising POs.
* PDM entry and general office tasks.
* Keeping records up to date, performing data entry and generating reports.
* Stock ordering.
* PA tasks for the commercial director.
* Managing diaries for team members and providing assistance with questions and emergencies.
* Supply line and best pricing.
* Speaking to customers and clients to answer queries and resolve issues.
* Managing emails, phone calls, post and ensuring documents are organised.
Office Administrator Job Requirements
* Previous experience working in an office administrator position or a similar profession.
* Working for an engineering company in an office role would be desirable.
* A high level of computer and office skills.
* Based within a commutable distance of Peterborough.
Office Administrator Salary & Benefits
* Salary - £30,000.
* Full time position - Monday to Friday.
* 28 days holiday (including bank holidays).
