Join us as a GCS Prime Services Negotiator at Barclays, where you will support prime brokerage, futures, and related financing businesses by drafting, negotiating, and executing capital markets contract documentation (e.g., ISDA Master Agreement, Credit Support Agreements, Global Master Repurchase Agreement, Maser Securities Loan Agreement, Prime Brokerage Agreement, Futures Agreement, OTC Clearing Agreement, Intermediation Agreement, and ancillary agreements).
You will ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and documentation standards, adhering to guidelines and procedures.
Essential Criteria:
* Substantial experience, knowledge, and understanding of Prime Services agreements and the Financial Services industry.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
* Effective senior stakeholder management skills.
* Pro-active mindset.
Other valuable skills:
* Qualified Lawyer, Paralegal, Legal Executive, or uncleared margin experience on ISDA negotiations.
