Join Our Dynamic Team! Business Support - Adult Social Care Mental Health Team
We’re on the hunt for an organised and proactive individual to become a vital part of our Business Support team. If you thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and enjoy making a real difference, this role is for you!
As a key team member, you’ll be responsible for providing confidential, accurate, and timely administrative support. You’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of our services, demonstrating your ability to work independently, manage your own workload, and show initiative.
About You
What we’re looking for:
* Strong IT skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and excellent keyboard abilities
* A brilliant communicator with exceptional written skills to liaise effectively with service users, family and carers as well as our internal and external partners
* A skilled minute-taker with a keen eye for detail
* Experience in Social Care, Health Authority or a related field
* Knowledge of non-discriminatory practices and an understanding of the diverse needs of those accessing Adult Services
Key Skills & Attributes:
* Versatility in general office tasks: maintaining spread sheets, filing, scanning, photocopying, etc.
* Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with service users, carers and staff at all levels on the phone, emails and via Microsoft teams
* Organisational expertise and the ability to prioritise workload
* A flexible, adaptable approach to work in a fast-evolving environment
* An ability to maintain confidentiality and uphold professional standards
