Role Overview
We are seeking a qualified Mortgage Advisor to join our dynamic team. This full-time role involves working closely with clients to provide expert mortgage advice tailored to their individual financial needs. As part of a supportive team of advisers, you will be responsible for assessing client circumstances, sourcing suitable mortgage products, and guiding them through the entire mortgage process with professionalism and care.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify customer needs and provide tailored, expert, professional mortgage and protection advice
* Source suitable mortgage products from a broad panel of lenders
* Seamlessly guide clients through the end-to-end mortgage process
* Comply with FCA regulations and company standards to satisfy the networks audit requirements
* Develop and nurture strong client relationships to encourage a returning client base and referrals
* Self-develop and stay up to date with industry-related topics
Key Requirements
* Essential CeMAP qualification (or equivalent)
* Proven track record in mortgage and protection roles is a plus but not essential
* Ability to generate and convert leads into mortgage sales
* Proficient in using mortgage sourcing and CRM systems
* Commitment to maintaining compliance standards and treating customers fairly
