Senior Commercial Manager
Fixed term for 9 months
Full Time : 37.5 hours per week
We are a patient-centred charity that delivers palliative and end of life care to those with advanced life-limiting illnesses, who live in Northwest Surrey. We care for patients and provide support to families and carers in the community as well as in our In-Patient Unit and Well Being Centre at the Hospice.
You will, therefore, be joining a passionate and dedicated team of professionals that make a real difference to the families across Surrey community.

Admin Colleague
We’re seeking a dynamic and commercially minded professional with a strong track record in driving income, securing new business, and building lasting partnerships. You’ll be a strategic thinker with the creativity and initiative to turn ideas into impactful results.
A successful Senior Income Generation Manager will bring:
1. Proven experience in sales, business development, and client relationship management.
2. A background in business, marketing, or finance.
3. Strong networking and negotiation skills, with the ability to build high-value partnerships.
4. Expertise in product development, budgeting, and strategic planning.
5. Excellent problem-solving and project management abilities.
6. Confidence in interpreting data to guide decision-making.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital tools.
A successful candidate will have:
8. Demonstrable success in commercial strategy, sales and client relationship management.
9. Experience in product development, budgeting and strategic planning.
10. Strong networking and negotiation skills.
11. Knowledge of relevant compliance and regulations.
12. Ability to work flexibly, including occasional out-of-hour commitment.
13. A full UK driving licence with business insurance.
14. A legal right to work in the UK.
