Overview
Two Customer Home Experience Executives are sought to ensure our customers receive the best service and experience at each touch point of their journey from completion on the purchase of their new home. This role involves delivering Home Demonstrations, handing over keys, and creating high-quality Home User Guides for each new home.
Responsibilities
* Provide best-in-class customer service to Shared Owners and Market Sales Purchasers after completion of their home purchase.
* Deliver outstanding Home Demonstrations and ensure homes meet high standards at handover.
* Create high-quality Home User Guides for each new home.
* Assist customers during key collection, handover, and the first months in their new home, resolving issues professionally and courteously.
* Carry out snagging inspections and defect management in line with National House Building Council (NHBC) standards; knowledge of other warranty providers in the housing industry.
* Provide clear communication and assistance throughout the customer journey, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
* Proficient use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems to manage customer information, track communications, and support workflow management.
* Support multiple priorities in a fast-paced, customer-focused organisation.
Requirements
* Experience providing customer service support to customers purchasing new build homes.
* Experience in snagging inspections and defect management; knowledge of NHBC standards and other warranty providers.
* A track record of delivering high levels of customer satisfaction by responding efficiently to customer needs and resolving issues professionally.
* Strong customer service mindset and ability to create positive customer experiences at every stage of the process.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM systems.
* Ability to work with multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Location, Contract & Salary
Location: Home Based Bristol/Plymouth covering the South West region and Home Based East covering the East and Central regions.
Contract Type: Permanent (East region) and 15 Month Fixed Term Contract (South West region).
Salary: National - £34,869 - £43,586 per annum / London - £37,854 - £47,319 per annum.
Hours: 36 per week.
This is a home-based role with regular travel across the South, East and Central regions. You’ll be required to work from the office one day per week, depending on site work requirements. If you live outside the M25, your salary will be based on your location and aligned to the National pay scale. You must be eligible to work in the UK to apply; Clarion are not able to offer visa sponsorship. You are required to reside in England or Wales for the duration of your employment.
