About The Digital Designer Role
Are you a visionary digital leader passionate about design innovation? We are seeking a Senior Digital Designer to drive strategic growth within our Global Design Centre of Excellence (COE). You will lead and mentor a team of Designers, shaping a unified digital design identity across platforms including web, eCommerce, social media, interactive assets, and video.
Responsibilities:
* Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing Digital Services team, fostering creativity and innovation.
* Define and implement the digital design strategy aligned with brand and business goals.
* Oversee creation of digital assets across various platforms, ensuring quality and consistency.
* Manage resource allocation and workflow prioritization.
* Champion UI/UX best practices, evolving our website and CMS modules.
* Stay updated with digital trends and technologies.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams and represent Digital Services in meetings and creative sessions.
Experience:
* Experience as a multi-skilled Designer in an in-house team or agency.
* Leadership and people management experience.
* Strong stakeholder management skills and collaboration experience.
