Job Details
Location: Evesham, Worcestershire, WR11 2QT. Working hours: 0800 to 1700 Monday to Friday with rota for weekends. Salary up to £40k, with bonus and comprehensive benefits package.
Overtime: 1.5x for 40h+, 2x for Sundays and Bank Holidays. Bonus and incentive structure included.
Responsibilities
Lead on auto mower products at the Evesham site. Install and set up auto mowers at customers’ homes, provide backup and support, conduct PDI, service and repair of dealer‑affiliated homeowner and garden equipment. Work in the local dealership and visit customer sites within the local area.
Qualifications
Professional experience working on competitively branded homeowner and garden machinery, with qualifications in mechanical and electrical systems. Demonstrated fault finding and diagnostic skills in electrical systems, especially small engine machinery. Strong motivation to deliver results, good communication and customer service skills, and ability to pass a mandatory enhanced DBS check.
