We have an exciting new role for a Client Relationship/Internal Account Manager who will be crucial to the success of our national sales strategy, ensuring a consistent, cohesive approach to managing our customer base. In this role, you'll be responsible for delivering a top-tier service while leveraging product knowledge and expertise to maximize upselling opportunities. Your remit will include developing revenue growth with smaller new and existing customers. Your key objectives will be to:
1. Build relationships with regional customers
2. Be the first point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring timely responses
3. Convert inquiries into sales
This role will be based at Ram Mill, Chadderton, with one day per week of home working.
