The Role: Graduate Sales Executive (Onboarding Team)
This role sits within the Onboarding Team, which acts as the first point of contact for new client enquiries. These are warm, pre-qualified leads – often high-net-worth individuals – who are actively exploring how to move funds internationally.
Your responsibility is to:
1. Initiate professional, high-trust conversations with new leads
2. Understand their financial goals and international payment needs. Build rapport and guide them through how the service works
3. Convert interest into committed clients, ready for long-term support
Once qualified, clients are handed over to a senior currency trader for ongoing account management – but your role is foundational. You’ll set the tone, establish trust, and ensure clients feel confident moving forward.
This is a phone-based, consultative sales role. You’re not reading scripts – you’re navigating nuanced conversations with emotionally and financially invested individuals.

You might have experience in hospitality, customer service, retail, or another client-facing environment – and now you're ready to take those interpersonal skills into a more commercial, rewarding setting.
