Requirements
Must have:
- Experience with orders and invoicing - Strong SAP or CMOPS experience - Salesforce experience - Minimum 2 years industry experience (automotive/manufacturing also considered) - Experience working with customers and business partners - Degree preferred (Business, Supply Chain, IT, Engineering, or similar)
Responsibilities:
- Handle system tickets and support international stakeholders - Assist with orders and invoicing processes - Address system queries from users - Collaborate with customers and business partners to ensure smooth operations
