Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled and proactive Senior Field Services Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing a wide range of IT equipment, including servers, storage systems, PCs, laptops, tablets, printers, peripherals, and point-of-sale systems. You will work at various customer locations across the UK, ensuring high-quality support and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Travel to diverse customer sites to provide on-site IT support services
2. Diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of IT hardware and systems
3. Install, move, and make changes to IT equipment across client sites
4. Perform software and hardware troubleshooting and installations
5. Follow client and internal documented procedures, offering feedback for improvement
