Offer description

The Mission Merge your high-acuity medical expertise with the pinnacle of the luxury maritime industry. We are actively sourcing an elite Registered Nurse to step away from the traditional hospital environment and provide uncompromising, 1:1 medical care for a highly distinguished 80-year-old VIP. This exclusive role empowers you to practice purely patient-focused, concierge-level medicine while cruising a spectacular Mediterranean itinerary, dropping anchor in breathtaking locations such as the historic island of Elba, the stunning Turkish Riviera, and the secluded coves of Paxos.

The Team Delivering world-class healthcare at sea demands unparalleled teamwork. You will integrate seamlessly into a bespoke, multidisciplinary medical unit residing permanently onboard the luxury vessel. The entire clinical strategy is masterfully directed by our Lead British Doctor, and you will collaborate daily with expert Physiotherapists alongside a hand-selected, Western-trained nursing team.

The Safety Patient safety and the clinical well-being of our medical staff are our uncompromising priorities. A strict double-nurse shift system is permanently enforced onboard. This vital safety infrastructure guarantees you are never managing acute care scenarios in isolation, providing immediate clinical peer support and fostering a sustainable, fatigue-free environment even during long navigational passages.

The Process We deeply respect the demanding nature of your current clinical schedule in Southampton. To ensure maximum discretion and efficiency, the initial screening and interview phase will be conducted entirely via a secure online platform. You can comfortably advance through the preliminary stages of our rigorous selection process from your own home, without any initial need for travel.
