Accounts Payable Manager, Accounts Payable Accounts Payable Manager – Manufacturing A leading manufacturing business is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Manager to oversee the full AP function and lead a high‑performing finance team. This role offers a great opportunity to drive process improvements, support system implementation, and play a key part in the company’s ongoing growth. Key Responsibilities Responsible for the end‑to‑end Accounts Payable process, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timely invoice processing. Manage and develop the Accounts Payable team, overseeing day-to-day operations and workload management. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure all invoices are processed and approved promptly. Ensure accurate and timely month‑end and year‑end close for the AP function. Review supplier statement reconciliations, highlight discrepancies, and take corrective action where required. Maintain accurate and up-to-date supplier information and records. Support and contribute to the implementation of a new ERP system, improving automation and workflow efficiency. About You Minimum 4 years’ experience in a full end‑to‑end Accounts Payable role. Proven experience managing or supervising an AP team. Strong understanding of supplier reconciliations and AP best practice. Experience with ERP implementation within a finance function. Excellent organisational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail. Strong communication and relationship‑building skills. Manufacturing industry experience is beneficial but not essential.
