The Role Working as part of a large, well connected Real Estate department, you'll enjoy a broad and varied caseload, collaborating with commercial property specialists across multiple offices. Your work will span: Property development Landlord and tenant matters Acquisitions and disposals Asset and estate management Commercial property work for public and private sector clients Exposure to the firm's highly regarded charities and education sectors Involvement in school mergers, acquisitions and disposals which is a rapidly expanding area of work This is a role where you'll be encouraged to get stuck in, work closely with Partners and senior lawyers, and build strong client relationships from day one. About You Likely operating at Associate or Senior Associate level (around 3-7 years' PQE) Strong experience and technical expertise in commercial property matters Ideally some exposure to supervising or supporting junior colleagues Open to broadening your experience if your current role has been more specialised Enthusiastic, proactive and commercially minded Why Join?
