I’m excited to be working with a well-established West Midlands law firm that’s now expanding into London, opening a new office near Greenwich!
The firm is known for its friendly, employee-focused culture, offering a full range of legal services to both individuals and businesses. With around 40–50 employees across both offices, it’s big enough to offer stability but small enough that your voice really matters.
They’re now looking for a Residential Property Solicitor / Conveyancer/Legal Executive to join their growing London team.
✨ What’s on offer:
✅ £45,000 – £60,000 + monthly bonus
✅ Hybrid working (2 days in-office once settled)
✅ 9am–5pm hours
✅ 25 days holiday + bank holidays

🔍 About you:
• 2+ years PQE
• Confident managing 45–50 files with minimal supervision
• Experienced in freehold, leasehold, new builds, and shared ownership
• Knowledge of the Building Safety Act
