About The Role
* Accurately identify parts to meet the customer sales requirements
* Utilise all product promotions effectively to achieve specific targets set I
* Identify and maximise all upsell opportunities thereby growing overall sales figures
* Achieving personal target KPIs and revenue objectives with target customer sets and record and feedback lost sales opportunities to the Sales Manager.
* You will build strong relationships with clients by making relevant and regular contact with them, providing a high level of service and review of their accounts
Hours of work
8.30am - 5.30pm Monday To Friday (30 Mins Lunch)
8.00am - 1.00pm Alternate Saturdays as per departmental rota
About You
You will be an integral member of the aftersales team. It is preferred, but not essential that you have previous experience in motor retail parts.
