Job Responsibilities
* Lead by example, providing guidance and support on shift to promote best practice
* Administer and record medication safely in line with Shaw policies and procedures
* Report changes in residents needs or well-being promptly to the Line Manager
* Communicate effectively with residents, families and colleagues
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date care plans and documentation
Qualifications and Experience
Experience working with older people in residential care. You will have completed or be working towards your NVQ/QCF Level 3 Health and Social Care (or equivalent). You need to be flexible, patient, caring, organised and great with people. Ability to lead a team and use own initiative.

The purpose-built service provides residential and nursing care for older people with physical frailty, and for older people living with dementia.
