Role Purpose:
As a Billing Support Associate, you will deliver outstanding customer service by promptly resolving billing issues and maintaining accuracy in our processes. This role is perfect for someone looking to launch their career in a vibrant, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Customer Service Excellence: Resolve billing queries quickly and professionally, ensuring a positive customer experience.
* Effective Communication: Engage confidently with internal teams and customers via phone and email.
* Problem Resolution: Investigate billing issues and implement timely, accurate solutions.
* Continuous Improvement: Identify patterns in queries and recommend process enhancements.
* Queue Management: Prioritise billing tasks to meet SLAs effectively.
* Ticket Handling: Manage over 1,500 tickets monthly within our order ticketing system.
* Billing Operations: Process new billing entries, apply charges, and create credits.
* Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks related to billing operations.
Skills & Competencies:
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to prioritise and manage high volumes efficiently.
* Attention to detail and accuracy in billing processes.
* Proactive approach to process improvement.
Qualifications
The Successful Candidate Will Have:
* Prior administrative experience, ideally in a telecoms environment.
* Excellent interpersonal skills with effective communication at all levels.
* A collaborative spirit and the ability to work with diverse teams.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* A customer-focused mindset and a "can-do" attitude.
* Eagerness to learn and develop in a supportive environment.
