Duties
* Lead and deliver on a range of Industrial projects
* Prepare and submit building regulation and planning application
* Manage and deliver on projects from inception through to completionCarry out site visits and ensure technical compliance is achieved
Requirements
* Relevant degree within architecture or architectural technology
* Strong post qualification experience in a relevant role within a UK practice
* Proficiency with Revit
* Experience working on projects within the industrial sector
* Job running experience
* Strong knowledge of UK building regulations
* Previous experience managing a small team would be advantageous
* Strong technical and design skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
