This role is ideal for someone with SEND experience who is happy working across school settings, SEND provision, football coaching and holiday clubs. ⚠️ All hours listed below are compulsory and must be covered as part of the role Working Hours – ALL must be covered Core hours (35 hours per week) Monday–Friday 5 hours per day ⏰ Between 08:00–16:30 School-based and SEND delivery Wednesday evenings 16:30–20:00 ⚽️ Football-specific coaching sessions Saturdays 09:00–16:00 ⚽️ Football-specific coaching sessions Additional hours Weekday hours may increase Total weekly hours may rise to up to 45 hours School holidays Holiday clubs run Monday–Friday Hours fall between 08:00–15:00 ➡️ Full availability for all of the above is essential Location Essex – candidates must be willing to travel Current areas covered include Southend, Benfleet, Rayleigh, Chelmsford, Colchester, Chigwell and Clacton-on-Sea Pay Competitive hourly rate Opportunity for future progression ✅ Essential requirements Proven SEND experience in school, coaching or care settings UK driving licence and access to a car Minimum 1 year coaching experience Confident, calm and adaptable approach Desirable Experience with ASD, ADHD or SEMH Behaviour or SEN training What we offer Consistent core hours Opportunity to increase hours as the role develops Clear progression within a growing company Supportive and experienced team Immediate start available How to apply If you’re interested, please make contact to arrange an initial phone interview.
