Overview
Disputes Lawyer – 1+ PQE, Cambridgeshire – Well established leading regional practice seeks a Litigation Lawyer to join their team and advise on a broad range of commercial and civil litigation matters.
Responsibilities
* Deal with a varied caseload of matters including contractual disputes, shareholder disputes, property litigation, contentious probate, construction disputes and general commercial disputes.
* Join a thriving and busy disputes team and contribute to high‑quality litigation work.
* Engage in business development and networking activities as part of the role.
Candidate
* Suitable candidates will have at least 1 year’s experience gained within a regional law firm renowned for their litigation offerings.
* Experience across a wide and varied caseload of dispute matters including contract disputes, property litigation, contentious probate, debt recovery, shareholder and partnership disputes.
* Strong reputation in advising on all types of litigation matters and established experience within an active litigation practice.
* Ability to undertake business development and networking activities.
