Senior Solicitor - Real Estate / Commercial Property (Aberdeen)
Job Location: Aberdeen
Experience: 2+ years PQE

About The Role
You will be involved in a wide range of commercial property transactions, including:
* Purchase, sale, and letting of commercial premises
* Drafting and negotiating lease documentation
* Land acquisition and development site options for housebuilders
* Advising clients on title reviews and providing pragmatic, commercial solutions
This is a fast-paced position where you will work closely with clients and colleagues, gaining sector-specific knowledge and contributing to business development initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
* Qualified Solicitor with at least 2 years PQE in Real Estate / Commercial Property
* Strong drafting and negotiation skills
* Commercial awareness and ability to deliver cost-effective solutions
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* Self-motivated and proactive approach
