This role is permanent Mon-Frid 9am-5pm (40hpw)£28-£31k (depending on experience) Duties Include:Invoicing cold storage and re-charging haulage on sage 200Data management system for cold storagePallet Trace System for cold storage.Consult with other team members throughout the cold store.Manage customer accounts, load customer details, and terms.Send out terms and conditions to customers.Capture reports, intalAdjust invoices for electricity surcharges.Collate cold store figures for managing director on a weelBankingAnswering telephones and dealing with shipping bookings as and when required.Order cleaning supplies.Order office supplies.Helping with catering for business meetings as and when required.AOB as and when required. Essential Criteria:5 GCSEs A-C (include English & Maths)Previous Administration experience working in a busy office environmentExcellent Customer Service experienceExperience in using accounts package Ability to multi task on a daily basis Skills:Accounts Admin AdministratorWHJS1_NI
