As we continue to grow and evolve, we're looking for a creative and highly organised Digital Content Assistant to join our team on a temporary basis to support our digital and e-commerce channels during a key trading period.
The Role:
As our Digital Content Assistant, you will support the digital and creative teams in producing, uploading, and optimising content across our website, email campaigns, and social media platforms. This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about fashion and digital storytelling, with a strong eye for detail and a can-do attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
* Upload and update product listings, banners, and editorial content across the website using our CMS
* Assist with the creation and scheduling of content for email campaigns and social media channels
* Optimise product imagery and copy to ensure consistency and alignment with brand guidelines
* Support with digital asset management and organisation
* Liaise with design, marketing, and e-commerce teams to ensure timely delivery of content
* Assist with basic image resizing, cropping, and file formatting as needed
* Monitor website content for errors or inconsistencies and report/fix as required
About You:
* Previous experience in a similar content, digital marketing, or e-commerce role (internship experience welcome)
* Working knowledge of CMS platforms (e.g. Shopify, WordPress, Magento)
* Basic Photoshop or image editing skills
* A passion for fashion, branding, and digital content
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
* Strong written communication and proofing skills
* Able to work quickly, independently, and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Bonus Points If You Have:
* Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g. Klaviyo, Mailchimp)
* Familiarity with social media scheduling tools (e.g. Later, Hootsuite)
* Interest or experience in fashion e-commerce
