The role
You’ll take ownership of a varied commercial property caseload, working with a broad client base and delivering commercially focused advice.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Managing commercial property matters from instruction through to completion
* Advising developers, investors, lenders and business owners
* Delivering clear, practical and commercially focused legal advice
* Building and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships
* Collaborating with colleagues across multiple offices
* Supporting junior team members where appropriate
* Contributing to the continued growth of the department
About you
We’re looking for someone that is confident, commercially aware and enjoys working in a collaborative environment:
* Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive
* Minimum 5 years’ PQE in Commercial Property
* Strong technical knowledge and commercial awareness
* Able to manage a busy caseload independently
* Professional, approachable and client-focused
* A team player who can also work autonomously
