About the role
We have a great opportunity for a Café Manager with a passion for customer service and proven people management skills to take responsibility for one of our welcoming cafés. With your hospitality background, you’ll oversee daily operations as well as the selection, training, and development of a friendly team. You’ll make every day better for the team, enabling them to do the same for our customers.
Key responsibilities
* Manage helpful and eager colleagues in a clean, tidy, and organized café.
* Identify opportunities to improve operations, maximize sales, and ensure adherence to processes, routines, and standards.
* Ensure safety, legality, and high service standards are maintained.
Requirements and qualities
With experience at supervisory level or above, you’ll act as a role model, spotting talent, providing feedback and support, and adapting your leadership style to different people and situations. You’ll also develop your career by expanding your skills and experience.
