We specialise in working with charities, CICs, and social enterprises, as well as business owners with accessibility differences. We are looking for a reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented Administrator to help keep our operations running smoothly, support our clients, and build stronger connections within our local community.
This is a varied role where you will be the first point of contact for clients, manage administrative tasks, contribute to our social media presence, and even support our growing community engagement efforts. This is an ideal role for someone who is highly organised, people-oriented, and passionate about social impact.
Your Role
* Leading client onboarding, including anti-money laundering checks and collecting key documents
* Chasing and compiling year-end documentation (e.g. bank statements and payroll information)
* Preparing and filing Confirmation Statements with Companies House
* Completing payroll during staff absences
* Responding to client queries and managing communications across the team
* Keeping client records accurate and up to date in our internal systems
* Monitoring deadlines to help clients stay compliant with Companies House and HMRC
* Managing office supplies and ensuring communal areas are clean and welcoming
* Greeting visitors, answering phones, and preparing meeting rooms
* Providing general administrative support for team members
* Assisting with the planning and promotion of local events, workshops, and networking opportunities
* Helping to create and schedule content for our social media channels (LinkedIn and Facebook)
* Supporting other small marketing and outreach tasks as needed
We’re Looking for Someone Who…
* Has experience in administration or a similar role
* Has experience working with people with disabilities or long-term health conditions
* Is highly organised, with great attention to detail
* Has strong communication skills, both in writing and face-to-face
* Can juggle multiple tasks and deadlines comfortably
* Has strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office (bonus if you have used CRM systems and/or Canva)
* Enjoys working with people and wants to be part of a values-driven team
* Experience with Companies House filings, AML checks, payroll, or community engagement is a plus but not essential. Training will be provided.

Pay: From £12.21 per hour
