Asset Manager – Out-of-Town Retail Parks Portfolio A privately owned international real estate investor is seeking a commercially astute and proactive Asset Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of out-of-town retail parks, retail warehousing and trade counters. This is a high-impact role within a lean, entrepreneurial environment, offering genuine autonomy and the opportunity to drive both income and capital growth across the portfolio. The Role You will be responsible for the administrative, financial, strategic and day-to-day asset management of a portfolio of retail park assets, with a clear mandate to maximize return, optimise performance, extract and enhance value, and deliver a best-in-class occupier experience. Key responsibilities include: Developing and executing asset-level business plans to maximise income and long-term value Leading leasing strategy, including rent reviews, lease renewals, regears, and new lettings. Monitor all leasing activity to ensure maximum occupancy and income, review and advise on tenant mix options and possible space changes where applicable.
