Your new role We are looking for a BIM Manager to join the team and support the BIM Programme Manager in coordinating information management across all projects within the Infrastructure Draft Employer's Information Requirements (EIRs) and naming conventions. Review BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) and monitor information deliverables against project standards. Set up and manage ACC project folders and ensure accurate transfer of deliverables to asset teams. Provide guidance on information management queries and assist with reporting and strategy development. What you'll need to succeed A degree or equivalent in a construction-related discipline or civil 3 years' experience implementing BIM processes on large projects in accordance with ISO 19650.Strong understanding of BIM workflows, contractual obligations, and team decision-making skills and ability to influence experience is essential. It would be desirable if you have experience with Revit, Navisworks, Solibri, BI reporting skills and COBie data validation with clash detection and contractor coordination.
