Salary: Excellent basic salary plus bonus and Vodafone benefits
Working Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday
Hybrid: Hybrid working allows both office and home flexibility with 2-3 days in office.

What You’ll Do

The Senior Cloud & Security Portfolio Manager is responsible for defining and delivering the product development roadmap across a diverse portfolio including Security, Private, Public Cloud, SaaS and managed services that supports Vodafone Business UK’s growth ambitions. Working in close partnership with commercial, sales, and operational teams, the role is pivotal in launching new products, optimising the performance of in‑life products and driving commercial success. A key part of the role is to evangelise the portfolio across the business, articulating the value to customers and feeding insight back into the roadmap.

* Develop and own the product strategy for the Cloud and Security portfolio, ensuring alignment with Vodafone Business UK’s strategic goals, customer needs, market trends, and the evolving technology landscape.
* Define and deliver the product roadmap across cloud, security, SaaS & managed services portfolio, managing associated capex and opex to ensure efficient and effective investment.
* Collaborate with the Partnerships and Alliances team to shape and deliver strategic SaaS initiatives with Microsoft and Vodafone Group, to enhance portfolio innovation and customer value.
* Lead end‑to‑end product lifecycle management, from new feature development and continuous improvement to the launch and retirement of products and services, including their operating models.
* Lead a virtual team of and operational functions, making sure they are lined up to support the portfolio strategy and are inter‑locked with Sales.
* Own the financial performance of the portfolio, including revenue, margin, and customer adoption, and take proactive steps to optimise commercial outcomes.
* Evangelise the portfolio, equipping commercial and sales teams with the knowledge and tools to effectively position and sell Vodafone’s offerings, and feeding insights back into the roadmap.
* Continuously monitor market dynamics and customer feedback, using insights to evolve the portfolio and maintain a competitive edge.


Who You Are

* Significant experience as a product manager and product team leadership.
* Excellent knowledge across products including Security, SaaS, Managed Services, Private and Public Cloud.
* Strong understanding of Data Centres and optimisation.
* Understands customer requirements, purchasing criteria and buying behaviours; considers variations across different segments and industries for their portfolio.
* Setting vision, product strategy & commercial strategy for total product portfolio aligned to external market and competitive context, customer requirements and current and future internal capabilities.
* Able to connect the dots beyond role and function to do what’s right for employees and customers.
* Managing end‑to‑end product lifecycle from innovation to retirement and rationalisation; driving investment and divestment cases; owning and growing portfolio P&L.
* Understands importance of an effective cross‑functional operating model and works across functions to define and deliver our customers & product North Star.
* Ability to operate at Business Board level within Vodafone to determine strategic plan and investments; interfacing with Global and Local LT, customers and partners, and coaching and mentoring cross‑functional teams.
